Hire Jump Rope Dancers in the UK – Double Dutch Acts for Live Events
Three performers, two ropes, and a set built for the space you actually have. Available across the United Kingdom.
Built in front of crowds that came for somebody else
Lollapalooza, FISE, two seasons at Goodwood Festival of Speed. The act you would book today was shaped by audiences that had not turned up to see it and had somewhere else to be — an apprenticeship served on open sites rather than in theatres.
Where we sit on the line-up is your call. We open for an act, fill the changeover between two, work through somebody else's set, or build a routine with the artist themselves. Your music, your timing, or a soundtrack we cut for the day.
We can also work the crowd rather than the stage: ropes down in the middle of it, a microphone in hand, and whoever fancies a go stepping in while the music keeps running.
Music, a pair of ropes and a microphone — that is the whole of it. It reads from the back of a field and it needs no rigging and no pyrotechnics.

The other three ways people book us

The shape of the thing does not change much from one booking to the next. What a set involves, how long it runs and what the audience ends up doing is set out in full.
On a corporate away day it stops being a show halfway through, and everyone ends up holding a rope.
For an agency putting a bill together, it is one self-contained cast, one contact, and the paperwork the venue is going to ask for.
And when a room calls for something more theatrical, we build pieces of our own: flaming ropes, LED sets, made for indoor stages.
Easy to bring in, easy to join in
We travel to you. London and the South East are a short hop; dates in the Midlands, the North, Scotland and Wales are equally workable with enough notice.
On site we need a flat surface from five metres by five upwards, depending on the ropes and the piece, power for sound, and somewhere dry to change.
Fees are quoted in pounds, all in.
And when the ropes open up to your audience, no experience is needed. We bring the ropes and we turn them — one person at a time, two at a time, or everybody, depending on the booking.

Bring us a brief, or bring us nothing at all
Send a brief or a storyboard and we arrive with the routine already built. Send nothing and we will build it on the day, out of whatever is on set: the product, the props, the models, the other performers, the space itself.
Our job is to land what the director already has in mind, and then take it further if there is further to go.
We work around the camera rather than the other way round. Operators move around us, angles change between set-ups, and the routine holds.
We work directly with brands, with agencies and with production companies.
Because this is our full-time work, the paperwork keeps up: availability, contracts, sizes and photographs come back without chasing. Self-sufficient on the day, and easy to have around.
